はじめに

サブベル(以下「本アプリ」)は、利用者が契約しているサブスクリプションサービスを、利用者自身の端末内で管理するためのアプリです。本アプリは、利用者を識別する情報を収集しません。このページは、本アプリが何を扱い、何を扱わないかを説明するものです。

本ポリシーにおける個人データの取扱いについて責任を負うのは、本アプリの開発者です。連絡先は末尾の「お問い合わせ」に記載しています。

収集しない情報

本アプリは、次の情報を一切収集しません。

氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などの連絡先。各サービスのログイン情報およびパスワード。銀行口座、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報。位置情報。連絡先、写真、カレンダーなど端末内の他のアプリのデータ。広告識別子(IDFA)。

本アプリの利用にあたって、アカウントの作成やログインは必要ありません。

端末内に保存される情報

利用者が本アプリに入力した次の情報は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者を含む第三者がこれらを閲覧することはできません。

登録したサービスの名称、料金、支払い周期、次回更新日、解約手続きの目安日、分類、メモ、解約ページのURL。アプリ内に記録された利用日時。通知の時刻などの設定。

これらの情報が外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

為替レートの取得について

本アプリは、外貨で登録したサブスクリプションの合計額を目安として換算して表示するために、欧州中央銀行(ECB)が公開している為替レート(https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml)をインターネット経由で取得します。

この通信は、公開されている為替レートを受け取るだけのものであり、登録したサブスクリプションの内容、氏名その他の利用者を識別する情報、広告識別子を送信することはありません。ただし、インターネット通信の仕組み上、通信先である欧州中央銀行には、IPアドレスなど通信に伴って自動的に伝わる情報が届きます。欧州中央銀行はドイツに所在するため、この通信が欧州経済領域の外へ送られることはありません。開発者は、この通信の内容を受け取らず、記録もしません。

取得した為替レートは端末内に保存されます。通信できない場合は、前回取得した値、またはアプリに同梱された参考レートを使います。換算額はあくまで目安であり、実際の請求額とは異なります。

通知について

本アプリの通知は、すべて端末内で生成されるローカル通知です。通知の内容が外部へ送信されることはありません。通知の許可を与えない場合でも、本アプリの他の機能は利用できます。

購入(Premium)について

本アプリのPremiumは、Appleが提供するApp Storeの仕組みを通じて購入されます。決済処理はAppleが行い、開発者が利用者の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。本アプリが把握するのは「Premiumが有効かどうか」という状態のみで、これも端末内でのみ扱われます。

購入の管理および解約は、App Storeの「サブスクリプション」から利用者自身が行えます。

バックアップファイルについて

本アプリには、登録内容をJSONファイルとして書き出す機能があります。書き出したファイルは、利用者が選んだ保存先(端末内のファイル、iCloud Drive、その他のクラウドサービスなど)に保存されます。保存先の選択とその後の取り扱いは、利用者の管理の下にあります。 開発者はこのファイルにアクセスできません。

第三者への提供

本アプリは情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供する情報はありません。広告の配信、アクセス解析ツールの組み込みも行っていません。

データの削除

端末から本アプリを削除すると、アプリ内に保存されていたデータも同時に削除されます。削除したデータを開発者が復元することはできません。必要な情報は、あらかじめバックアップの書き出し機能をご利用ください。

欧州経済領域・英国にお住まいの方へ

本アプリは、利用者を識別する情報を収集せず、開発者のサーバーへ送信することもありません。そのため、開発者が保有する利用者の個人データはありません。

前述のとおり、為替レートの取得の際には、通信に伴うIPアドレスが欧州中央銀行に伝わります。これは、外貨で登録されたサブスクリプションの合計額を換算して表示するという機能を提供するための正当な利益(GDPR第6条1項(f))に基づくものです。この換算を利用しない場合、端末をインターネットに接続しない状態でも本アプリをご利用いただけます。

利用者は、アクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限、異議の申立て、データポータビリティの各権利および監督機関へ苦情を申し立てる権利を有します。ただし、開発者は利用者を識別できる情報を保持していないため、GDPR第11条により、これらの請求に応じられない場合があります。端末内のデータは、アプリ内の操作または本アプリの削除によって、利用者自身がいつでも消去できます。

韓国にお住まいの方へ

本アプリは個人情報を収集しません。14歳未満の方は、法定代理人の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。

米国カリフォルニア州にお住まいの方へ

本アプリは、個人情報を収集、販売または共有しません。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、お住まいの国で定められたデジタルサービスの利用に関する同意年齢(欧州連合では13歳から16歳、フランスでは15歳、韓国では14歳)に満たない方を対象としていません。前述のとおり、本アプリは年齢を含む個人を識別する情報を収集しません。

SubBell Privacy Policy

Introduction

SubBell (the “App”) is an app that allows users to manage the subscription services they have signed up for on their own device. The App does not collect information that identifies users. This page explains what the App does and does not handle.

The party responsible for the handling of personal data under this Policy is the developer of the App. Contact details are given under “Contact” at the end of this page.

Information Not Collected

The App does not collect any of the following information.

Contact details such as name, email address, telephone number or address. Login credentials and passwords for any service. Payment information such as bank account or credit card numbers. Location data. Data held by other apps on the device, such as contacts, photos or calendars. The advertising identifier (IDFA).

No account creation or sign-in is required in order to use the App.

Information Stored on the Device

The following information entered by the user in the App is stored only on the user’s device. No third party, including the Developer, is able to view it.

The name, fee, billing cycle, next renewal date, suggested cancellation deadline, category, notes and cancellation page URL of each registered service. Dates and times of use recorded in the App. Settings such as notification times.

This information is never transmitted to any external server.

Retrieval of Exchange Rates

In order to display an approximate converted total for subscriptions registered in a foreign currency, the App retrieves over the internet the exchange rates published by the European Central Bank (ECB) (https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml).

This communication does no more than receive publicly available exchange rates; it does not transmit the contents of registered subscriptions, names or any other information identifying the user, or the advertising identifier. However, because of the way internet communication works, information that is transmitted automatically as part of the communication, such as the IP address, does reach the European Central Bank as the recipient. As the European Central Bank is located in Germany, this communication is not sent outside the European Economic Area. The Developer neither receives nor records the contents of this communication.

The exchange rates that are retrieved are stored on the device. Where communication is not possible, the App uses the values retrieved previously or the reference rates bundled with the App. Converted amounts are approximate only and may differ from the amounts actually charged.

Notifications

All notifications from the App are local notifications generated on the device. The contents of notifications are never transmitted externally. Users who do not grant permission for notifications can still use the other features of the App.

Purchases (Premium)

Premium in the App is purchased through the App Store mechanism provided by Apple. Payment processing is carried out by Apple, and the Developer does not receive users’ payment information. All that the App knows is whether Premium is active, and even this is handled only on the device.

Users can manage and cancel purchases themselves from Subscriptions in the App Store.

Backup Files

The App includes a feature for exporting registered content as a JSON file. The exported file is saved to the destination chosen by the user (a file on the device, iCloud Drive, another cloud service and so on). The choice of destination and the subsequent handling of the file are under the user’s control. The Developer cannot access this file.

Provision to Third Parties

Because the App does not collect information, there is no information to provide to third parties. The App does not serve advertising and does not incorporate analytics tools.

Deletion of Data

Deleting the App from the device also deletes the data that was stored in it. The Developer cannot restore deleted data. Please use the backup export feature in advance for any information you need to keep.

For Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

The App does not collect information that identifies users and does not transmit such information to the Developer’s servers. The Developer therefore holds no personal data relating to users.

As described above, when exchange rates are retrieved, the IP address accompanying the communication reaches the European Central Bank. This is based on the legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) of providing the feature of converting and displaying the total of subscriptions registered in a foreign currency. Users who do not wish to use this conversion can use the App with the device disconnected from the internet.

Users have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. However, because the Developer holds no information by which users can be identified, it may be unable to act on such requests, pursuant to Article 11 GDPR. Data on the device can be erased by users themselves at any time, either through operations within the App or by deleting the App.

For Users in Korea

The App does not collect personal information. Users under the age of 14 should use the App with the consent of their legal representative.

For Users in California, USA

The App does not collect, sell or share personal information.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for persons below the age of consent for the use of digital services set in their country of residence (13 to 16 in the European Union, 15 in France, 14 in Korea). As described above, the App does not collect information that identifies individuals, including age.

Changes to This Policy

If the contents of this Policy are changed, this page will be updated and the last updated date revised. Notice of material changes will be given in the App.

Introduction

SubBell (ci-après l’« Application ») est une application permettant à l’utilisateur de gérer sur son propre appareil les services par abonnement auxquels il a souscrit. L’Application ne collecte aucune information permettant d’identifier l’utilisateur. La présente page explique ce que l’Application traite et ce qu’elle ne traite pas.

Le responsable du traitement des données à caractère personnel au titre de la présente politique est le développeur de l’Application. Ses coordonnées figurent à la rubrique « Contact », en fin de page.

Informations non collectées

L’Application ne collecte aucune des informations suivantes.

Les coordonnées telles que le nom, l’adresse e-mail, le numéro de téléphone et l’adresse postale. Les identifiants de connexion et les mots de passe des différents services. Les informations de paiement telles que les comptes bancaires et les numéros de carte de crédit. Les données de localisation. Les données des autres applications présentes sur l’appareil, telles que les contacts, les photos et le calendrier. L’identifiant publicitaire (IDFA).

L’utilisation de l’Application ne nécessite ni création de compte ni connexion.

Informations enregistrées sur l’appareil

Les informations suivantes, saisies par l’utilisateur dans l’Application, sont enregistrées uniquement sur l’appareil de l’utilisateur. Aucun tiers, y compris le développeur, ne peut les consulter.

Le nom, le tarif, la périodicité de paiement, la prochaine date de renouvellement, la date indicative des démarches de résiliation, la catégorie, les notes et l’URL de la page de résiliation des services enregistrés. Les dates et heures d’utilisation consignées dans l’Application. Les réglages tels que l’heure des notifications.

Ces informations ne sont jamais transmises à un serveur externe.

Récupération des taux de change

Afin d’afficher, à titre indicatif, le montant total converti des abonnements enregistrés en devises étrangères, l’Application récupère par Internet les taux de change publiés par la Banque centrale européenne (BCE) (https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml).

Cette communication se limite à recevoir des taux de change publiés et ne transmet ni le contenu des abonnements enregistrés, ni le nom ou toute autre information permettant d’identifier l’utilisateur, ni l’identifiant publicitaire. Toutefois, du fait du fonctionnement des communications sur Internet, le destinataire de la communication, à savoir la Banque centrale européenne, reçoit les informations transmises automatiquement avec celle-ci, telles que l’adresse IP. La Banque centrale européenne étant située en Allemagne, cette communication n’est pas envoyée hors de l’Espace économique européen. Le développeur ne reçoit pas le contenu de cette communication et ne l’enregistre pas.

Les taux de change récupérés sont enregistrés sur l’appareil. En cas d’impossibilité de communication, l’Application utilise la dernière valeur récupérée ou les taux de référence intégrés à l’Application. Les montants convertis ne sont qu’indicatifs et diffèrent des montants effectivement facturés.

Notifications

Les notifications de l’Application sont toutes des notifications locales générées sur l’appareil. Leur contenu n’est jamais transmis à l’extérieur. Même si l’autorisation des notifications n’est pas accordée, les autres fonctionnalités de l’Application restent utilisables.

Achats (Premium)

Premium est acheté par l’intermédiaire du dispositif de l’App Store fourni par Apple. Le traitement du paiement est assuré par Apple et le développeur ne reçoit pas les informations de paiement de l’utilisateur. L’Application ne connaît que l’état indiquant si Premium est actif ou non, et cet état est lui aussi traité uniquement sur l’appareil.

La gestion et la résiliation des achats peuvent être effectuées par l’utilisateur lui-même depuis la rubrique « Abonnements » de l’App Store.

Fichiers de sauvegarde

L’Application comporte une fonction d’exportation des données enregistrées sous forme de fichier JSON. Le fichier exporté est enregistré à l’emplacement choisi par l’utilisateur (fichiers sur l’appareil, iCloud Drive, autre service de cloud, etc.). Le choix de cet emplacement et le traitement ultérieur du fichier relèvent du contrôle de l’utilisateur. Le développeur ne peut pas accéder à ce fichier.

Communication à des tiers

L’Application ne collectant aucune information, il n’existe aucune information communiquée à des tiers. Aucune diffusion publicitaire ni aucun outil de mesure d’audience n’est intégré.

Suppression des données

La suppression de l’Application de l’appareil entraîne simultanément la suppression des données enregistrées dans l’Application. Le développeur ne peut pas restaurer les données supprimées. Il convient d’utiliser au préalable la fonction d’exportation de sauvegarde pour les informations nécessaires.

Personnes résidant dans l’Espace économique européen et au Royaume-Uni

L’Application ne collecte aucune information permettant d’identifier l’utilisateur et ne transmet rien aux serveurs du développeur. Par conséquent, le développeur ne détient aucune donnée à caractère personnel de l’utilisateur.

Comme indiqué ci-dessus, lors de la récupération des taux de change, l’adresse IP liée à la communication est transmise à la Banque centrale européenne. Ce traitement repose sur l’intérêt légitime, au sens de l’article 6, paragraphe 1, point f) du RGPD, consistant à fournir la fonctionnalité d’affichage du montant total converti des abonnements enregistrés en devises étrangères. L’utilisateur qui n’utilise pas cette conversion peut utiliser l’Application sans connecter son appareil à Internet.

L’utilisateur dispose des droits d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement, de limitation du traitement, d’opposition et de portabilité des données, ainsi que du droit d’introduire une réclamation auprès d’une autorité de contrôle. Toutefois, le développeur ne conservant aucune information permettant d’identifier l’utilisateur, il peut, en application de l’article 11 du RGPD, ne pas être en mesure de donner suite à ces demandes. Les données présentes sur l’appareil peuvent être effacées à tout moment par l’utilisateur lui-même, au moyen des commandes de l’Application ou en supprimant l’Application.

Personnes résidant en Corée du Sud

L’Application ne collecte pas d’informations à caractère personnel. Les personnes de moins de 14 ans doivent obtenir le consentement de leur représentant légal avant d’utiliser l’Application.

Personnes résidant en Californie (États-Unis)

L’Application ne collecte, ne vend et ne partage pas d’informations à caractère personnel.

Confidentialité des enfants

L’Application ne s’adresse pas aux personnes n’ayant pas atteint l’âge du consentement à l’utilisation des services numériques fixé dans leur pays de résidence (de 13 à 16 ans dans l’Union européenne, 15 ans en France, 14 ans en Corée du Sud). Comme indiqué ci-dessus, l’Application ne collecte aucune information permettant d’identifier une personne, y compris son âge.

Modification de la présente politique

En cas de modification du contenu de la présente politique, la présente page est mise à jour et la date de dernière mise à jour est modifiée. En cas de modification importante, une information est communiquée dans l’Application.

SubBell (im Folgenden „die App“) ist eine App, mit der der Nutzer die von ihm abonnierten Dienste auf seinem eigenen Gerät verwalten kann. Die App erhebt keine Informationen, die den Nutzer identifizieren. Diese Seite erläutert, welche Informationen die App verarbeitet und welche nicht.

Verantwortlich für die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten im Sinne dieser Erklärung ist der Entwickler der App. Die Kontaktdaten sind am Ende unter „Kontakt“ angegeben.

Informationen, die nicht erhoben werden

Die App erhebt die folgenden Informationen in keinem Fall.

Kontaktdaten wie Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer oder Adresse. Zugangsdaten und Passwörter für die einzelnen Dienste. Zahlungsdaten wie Bankkonto- oder Kreditkartennummern. Standortdaten. Daten anderer Apps auf dem Gerät wie Kontakte, Fotos oder Kalender. Werbekennungen (IDFA).

Für die Nutzung der App ist weder die Erstellung eines Kontos noch eine Anmeldung erforderlich.

Auf dem Gerät gespeicherte Informationen

Die folgenden Informationen, die der Nutzer in der App eingibt, werden ausschließlich auf dem Gerät des Nutzers gespeichert. Dritte, einschließlich des Entwicklers, können sie nicht einsehen.

Bezeichnung, Preis, Zahlungsintervall, nächstes Verlängerungsdatum, Richtdatum für die Kündigung, Kategorie, Notizen und URL der Kündigungsseite der erfassten Dienste. In der App erfasste Nutzungszeitpunkte. Einstellungen wie die Uhrzeit der Benachrichtigungen.

Abruf von Wechselkursen

Bei dieser Verbindung werden lediglich die veröffentlichten Wechselkurse empfangen; Angaben zu den erfassten Abonnements, der Name oder andere den Nutzer identifizierende Informationen sowie Werbekennungen werden nicht übermittelt. Aufgrund der technischen Funktionsweise der Internetkommunikation erhält die Europäische Zentralbank als Empfänger der Verbindung jedoch Informationen, die bei der Verbindung automatisch übermittelt werden, etwa die IP-Adresse. Da die Europäische Zentralbank in Deutschland ansässig ist, werden durch diese Verbindung keine Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums übermittelt. Der Entwickler erhält den Inhalt dieser Verbindung nicht und protokolliert ihn nicht.

Die abgerufenen Wechselkurse werden auf dem Gerät gespeichert. Ist keine Verbindung möglich, so werden die zuletzt abgerufenen Werte oder die in der App mitgelieferten Referenzkurse verwendet. Der umgerechnete Betrag ist lediglich ein Richtwert und weicht vom tatsächlichen Rechnungsbetrag ab.

Benachrichtigungen

Alle Benachrichtigungen der App sind lokale Benachrichtigungen, die auf dem Gerät erzeugt werden. Der Inhalt der Benachrichtigungen wird nicht nach außen übermittelt. Auch wenn die Erlaubnis für Benachrichtigungen nicht erteilt wird, können die übrigen Funktionen der App genutzt werden.

Käufe (Premium)

Premium der App wird über den von Apple bereitgestellten App Store gekauft. Die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt durch Apple; der Entwickler erhält keine Zahlungsdaten des Nutzers. Der App ist ausschließlich bekannt, ob Premium aktiv ist, und auch diese Information wird nur auf dem Gerät verarbeitet.

Die Verwaltung der Käufe und die Kündigung kann der Nutzer selbst im App Store unter „Abonnements“ vornehmen.

Backup-Dateien

Die App bietet die Möglichkeit, die erfassten Inhalte als JSON-Datei zu exportieren. Die exportierte Datei wird an dem vom Nutzer gewählten Speicherort gespeichert (Dateien auf dem Gerät, iCloud Drive, andere Cloud-Dienste und Ähnliches). Die Wahl des Speicherorts und der weitere Umgang mit der Datei liegen in der Verantwortung des Nutzers. Der Entwickler hat keinen Zugriff auf diese Datei.

Weitergabe an Dritte

Da die App keine Informationen erhebt, gibt es keine Informationen, die an Dritte weitergegeben werden. Es erfolgt auch keine Auslieferung von Werbung und es sind keine Analysewerkzeuge eingebunden.

Löschung von Daten

Wird die App vom Gerät gelöscht, so werden die in der App gespeicherten Daten gleichzeitig gelöscht. Gelöschte Daten kann der Entwickler nicht wiederherstellen. Nutzen Sie für benötigte Informationen vorab die Funktion zum Export eines Backups.

Für Nutzer im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum und im Vereinigten Königreich

Die App erhebt keine Informationen, die den Nutzer identifizieren, und übermittelt solche auch nicht an Server des Entwicklers. Daher liegen beim Entwickler keine personenbezogenen Daten des Nutzers vor.

Wie vorstehend beschrieben, wird beim Abruf der Wechselkurse die mit der Verbindung einhergehende IP-Adresse an die Europäische Zentralbank übermittelt. Dies beruht auf dem berechtigten Interesse nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, die Funktion bereitzustellen, den Gesamtbetrag der in Fremdwährung erfassten Abonnements umgerechnet anzuzeigen. Wer diese Umrechnung nicht nutzt, kann die App auch ohne Verbindung des Geräts mit dem Internet verwenden.

Der Nutzer hat das Recht auf Auskunft, auf Berichtigung, auf Löschung, auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, auf Widerspruch und auf Datenübertragbarkeit sowie das Recht, eine Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde einzulegen. Da der Entwickler jedoch keine Informationen vorhält, mit denen der Nutzer identifiziert werden kann, kann er diesen Anträgen nach Art. 11 DSGVO unter Umständen nicht nachkommen. Die Daten auf dem Gerät kann der Nutzer jederzeit selbst löschen, indem er sie in der App entfernt oder die App löscht.

Für Nutzer in Südkorea

Die App erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Personen unter 14 Jahren dürfen die App nur mit Zustimmung ihres gesetzlichen Vertreters nutzen.

Für Nutzer in Kalifornien (USA)

Die App erhebt, verkauft und teilt keine personenbezogenen Daten.

Privatsphäre von Kindern

Die App richtet sich nicht an Personen, die das in ihrem Wohnsitzland festgelegte Einwilligungsalter für die Nutzung digitaler Dienste nicht erreicht haben (in der Europäischen Union 13 bis 16 Jahre, in Frankreich 15 Jahre, in Südkorea 14 Jahre). Wie vorstehend beschrieben, erhebt die App keine Informationen, die eine Person identifizieren, einschließlich des Alters.

Änderungen dieser Erklärung

본 방침에서의 개인 데이터 취급에 대하여 책임을 부담하는 것은 본 앱의 개발자입니다. 연락처는 말미의 ‘문의’에 기재하고 있습니다.

수집하지 않는 정보

본 앱은 다음 정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다.

성명, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 주소 등의 연락처. 각 서비스의 로그인 정보 및 비밀번호. 은행 계좌, 신용카드 번호 등의 결제 정보. 위치 정보. 연락처, 사진, 캘린더 등 기기 내 다른 앱의 데이터. 광고 식별자(IDFA).

본 앱을 이용할 때 계정의 생성이나 로그인은 필요하지 않습니다.

기기 내에 저장되는 정보

이용자가 본 앱에 입력한 다음 정보는 이용자의 기기 내에만 저장됩니다. 개발자를 포함한 제3자가 이를 열람할 수는 없습니다.

등록한 서비스의 명칭, 요금, 결제 주기, 다음 갱신일, 해지 절차 기준일, 분류, 메모, 해지 페이지의 URL. 앱 내에 기록된 이용 일시. 알림 시각 등의 설정.

이러한 정보가 외부 서버로 전송되는 일은 없습니다.

환율 취득에 대하여

본 앱은 외화로 등록한 구독의 합계 금액을 기준값으로 환산하여 표시하기 위하여, 유럽중앙은행(ECB)이 공개하고 있는 환율(https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml)을 인터넷을 통하여 취득합니다.

이 통신은 공개되어 있는 환율을 받기만 하는 것이며, 등록한 구독의 내용, 성명 그 밖에 이용자를 식별하는 정보, 광고 식별자를 전송하는 일은 없습니다. 다만, 인터넷 통신의 구조상 통신 상대방인 유럽중앙은행에는 IP 주소 등 통신에 수반하여 자동적으로 전달되는 정보가 도달합니다. 유럽중앙은행은 독일에 소재하므로, 이 통신이 유럽경제지역 밖으로 전송되는 일은 없습니다. 개발자는 이 통신의 내용을 받지 않으며, 기록하지도 않습니다.

취득한 환율은 기기 내에 저장됩니다. 통신할 수 없는 경우에는 이전에 취득한 값 또는 앱에 함께 포함된 참고 환율을 사용합니다. 환산액은 어디까지나 기준값이며, 실제 청구 금액과는 다릅니다.

알림에 대하여

본 앱의 알림은 모두 기기 내에서 생성되는 로컬 알림입니다. 알림의 내용이 외부로 전송되는 일은 없습니다. 알림 권한을 허용하지 않는 경우에도 본 앱의 다른 기능은 이용할 수 있습니다.

구매(Premium)에 대하여

본 앱의 Premium은 Apple이 제공하는 App Store의 구조를 통하여 구매됩니다. 결제 처리는 Apple이 수행하며, 개발자가 이용자의 결제 정보를 받는 일은 없습니다. 본 앱이 파악하는 것은 ‘Premium이 유효한지 여부’라는 상태뿐이며, 이것도 기기 내에서만 취급됩니다.

구매의 관리 및 해지는 App Store의 ‘구독’에서 이용자 본인이 할 수 있습니다.

백업 파일에 대하여

본 앱에는 등록 내용을 JSON 파일로 내보내는 기능이 있습니다. 내보낸 파일은 이용자가 선택한 저장 위치(기기 내 파일, iCloud Drive, 그 밖의 클라우드 서비스 등)에 저장됩니다. 저장 위치의 선택과 그 이후의 취급은 이용자의 관리 아래에 있습니다. 개발자는 이 파일에 접근할 수 없습니다.

제3자 제공

본 앱은 정보를 수집하지 않으므로 제3자에게 제공할 정보가 없습니다. 광고의 게재나 접속 분석 도구의 삽입도 하지 않습니다.

데이터의 삭제

기기에서 본 앱을 삭제하면 앱 내에 저장되어 있던 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다. 삭제한 데이터를 개발자가 복원할 수는 없습니다. 필요한 정보는 미리 백업 내보내기 기능을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

유럽경제지역·영국에 거주하시는 분께

본 앱은 이용자를 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 개발자의 서버로 전송하지도 않습니다. 따라서 개발자가 보유하는 이용자의 개인 데이터는 없습니다.

앞서 말씀드린 바와 같이, 환율을 취득할 때에는 통신에 수반되는 IP 주소가 유럽중앙은행에 전달됩니다. 이는 외화로 등록된 구독의 합계 금액을 환산하여 표시한다는 기능을 제공하기 위한 정당한 이익(GDPR 제6조 제1항 (f)호)에 근거한 것입니다. 이 환산을 이용하지 않으시는 경우, 기기를 인터넷에 연결하지 않은 상태에서도 본 앱을 이용하실 수 있습니다.

이용자는 접근, 정정, 삭제, 처리의 제한, 이의 제기, 데이터 이동성의 각 권리 및 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 권리를 가집니다. 다만, 개발자는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 보유하고 있지 않으므로, GDPR 제11조에 따라 이러한 청구에 응할 수 없는 경우가 있습니다. 기기 내의 데이터는 앱 내 조작 또는 본 앱의 삭제를 통하여 이용자 본인이 언제든지 지울 수 있습니다.

대한민국에 거주하시는 분께

본 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만인 분은 법정대리인의 동의를 받은 후 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

미국 캘리포니아주에 거주하시는 분께

본 앱은 개인정보를 수집, 판매 또는 공유하지 않습니다.

아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 거주하시는 국가에서 정한 디지털 서비스 이용에 관한 동의 연령(유럽연합에서는 13세부터 16세, 프랑스에서는 15세, 대한민국에서는 만 14세)에 이르지 않은 분을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 앞서 말씀드린 바와 같이, 본 앱은 연령을 포함한 개인을 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

본 방침의 변경

본 방침의 내용을 변경하는 경우에는 이 페이지를 갱신하고 최종 업데이트일을 개정합니다. 중요한 변경을 하는 경우에는 앱 내에서 안내합니다.
